Refund & Returns Policy
All Nursery Furniture and Nursery Linen sold by Baby Boutique Online are made to order.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that your item is manufactured specifically for you based on your selection.
Due to the custom nature of our products, no returns, refunds, or cancellations will be accepted once production has commenced. This includes, but is not limited to, change of mind, incorrect measurements, colour choices, or personal circumstances.
Production & Order Commitment
Production time is estimated at 4 – 8 weeks on our nursery furniture, depending on workload and demand. These timeframes are estimates and may vary.
Once your order has been confirmed and payment received, it is considered final and binding.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
All items undergo strict quality control before dispatch.
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product, you must notify us in writing within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photographic evidence.
We reserve the right to:

Replace the item

Or provide a reasonable resolution at our discretion
No claims will be accepted after the 24 hour period.
Product Representation
We take every effort to display accurate product descriptions, dimensions, finishes and images.
However:

Liability
Baby Boutique Online shall not be held liable for:

Incorrect measurements provided by the client

Items that do not fit into the intended space

Misuse, improper assembly (if not assembled by our team), or normal wear and tear
Showroom Visits
Clients are welcome to view products prior to purchase at our showroom in Glen Marais, Kempton Park.
All visits are strictly by appointment only.
