Since 2015, Baby Boutique Online SA has been helping parents create beautiful nursery spaces for their little ones. We offer a carefully selected range of nursery furniture, baby essentials and nursery accessories designed with both comfort and style in mind.
Our handmade nursery furniture is made to order with a standard production time of 4 – 7 weeks. We also offer a range of ready available baby products for parents needing selected items sooner.
We have a showroom based in Glen Marais, Kempton Park, which operates strictly by appointment only. Rene will personally meet with you and guide you through the products, allowing you to experience the quality and finishes firsthand.

What is the return policy?
All our nursery furniture is handmade to order specifically for each customer. For this reason, we do not offer returns or refunds on completed nursery furniture orders.
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order so that we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Do you offer lay-by options?

When will I get my order?
Production time depends on the product you order:
• Nursery Furniture: 4 to 7 weeks
• Nursery Linen: 6 to 8 weeks
For all other products, timing may vary. Some items are available immediately, while others may have a lead time.

Where are your products manufactured?
Our nursery furniture is proudly handmade in Bapsfontein, Johannesburg.
Each piece is carefully crafted with attention to detail, ensuring quality and durability that lasts.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping for nursery furniture is calculated based on your location and the items in your order.
• Gauteng: Delivery is available at an additional cost and includes free assembly.
• Other areas (main cities in South Africa): We arrange delivery through a trusted third-party furniture transporter. A custom quote will be provided based on your area.
Assembly is not included.
Please note: Assembly is only available in Gauteng.
Can I view the products before ordering?
Yes, you are welcome to view selected items at our showroom in Kempton Park.
